About Moorvue Farm and Rural Centre

Set in a secluded and picturesque corner of West Cornwall, Moorvue Farm and Rural Centre is a unique and welcoming rural activity facility dedicated to adults with additional needs. Since 2001, we have proudly served as a specialist day care provision for individuals aged 18 and over, offering a vibrant and dynamic environment where learning, growth, and enjoyment go hand in hand.

As an approved provider meeting the standards set by the Accreditation of Provider Agencies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Our small but passionate team has spent many years helping individuals discover their strengths, explore new experiences, and build confidence — one step at a time.

We believe that you are never too old to learn something new. Through carefully planned and fully adaptable activities, we offer our clients meaningful opportunities to develop new skills, reach personal milestones, and most importantly, have fun. Our unique “pathway” approach uses small stepping stones to help each person progress at their own pace, supported by regular reviews and close collaboration with families and external agencies.

Service Provision

Our service operates 50 weeks a year, offering structured, meaningful, and inclusive experiences tailored to meet the needs of individuals in a safe, supportive environment. Transport can be arranged to ensure accessibility for all participants.

Set on a stunning 60-acre farm, our site is surrounded by both hard and soft landscaping, providing a rich and varied environment to explore, learn, and grow. We offer a wide range of engaging activities with a strong focus on environmental enhancement, recycling, sustainability, and conservation—empowering individuals to connect with nature and contribute to a greener future.

In addition to day services, we offer luxury respite accommodation, giving individuals a chance to relax and recharge in comfort, in a peaceful, picturesque, rural setting with their carers or families taking a well-deserved break with peace of mind.
